Shipping Delays

At Nucleus Provets, we strive to ensure you have the products you need, when you need them.

Over the past few months, we’ve experienced unusual, sometimes significant, shipping delays as UPS has suspended their service guarantee for all shipments.

Ensuring you always have Noltrex^®Vet on hand

1. Order early: Overnight shipping has been particularly challenging.  Noltrex^®Vet has a 3-year shelf life so keeping a few doses on hand is suggested.
2. Provide an urban address when available: Remote areas are seeing slower delivery times while metropolitan addresses are generally receiving shipments faster (although this is not always true).  Providing an urban mailing address may help ensure a more timely delivery.

Although we hope this is a temporary adjustment, we expect these delays to challenge us through 2022.
